BARRE & Reformer Pilates

Barre: is a ballet-inspired workout that blends strength training, Pilates, and low-impact cardio for a powerful yet graceful full-body burn. Using small, controlled movements and high repetitions, it targets muscles you didn’t even know you had—sculpting lean legs, toned arms, and a strong core.

Don’t worry, no dance experience is required! Classes are fun, upbeat, and tailored for all fitness levels. Expect to feel the shakes, embrace the burn, and leave with better posture, more strength, and a serious endorphin boost.
