Hi, I’m Emily your people-loving instructor

With a bubbly, friendly nature and a lifelong love of movement, I create supportive classes that blend strength, flow, and connection (with a few laughs along the way!).

My movement journey began in dance at age three and led me to train professionally at Doreen Bird College, before spending eight years performing around the world with Cunard Cruise Lines.

In 2024, while preparing for my next contract, I ruptured my Achilles tendon. During rehabilitation, I discovered Pilates in a completely new way, not just as training, but as a method for rebuilding strength, mobility, and resilience.

Today, I combine my dance background with the BASI method to help others build strength, confidence, and joy through movement.
