About Me
Hi, I’m Emily— a (soon to be) certified BASI Pilates instructor with a passion for helping people discover their love for pilates and the benefits to move better, feel stronger, and live with more balance.
I discovered Pilates when recovering from an injury and it helped me recover comfortably in my own home, while maintaining my core strength as a dancer, without having to weight bear. What I love most about the BASI method is that it combines classical Pilates principles with modern movement science, so every session is intelligent, safe, and deeply effective.
In my 1:1 online classes, I focus on you — your body, your goals, your lifestyle. Whether you want to build strength, improve posture, support recovery, or simply feel more at home in your body, I’ll design a session that meets you exactly where you are.
